In Progressive Blackjack, a player may place an extra $1 bet on each hand, and win
a specific portion of the jackpot based on the progressive jackpot payout table.
When a hand splits, it is still the first 2 cards dealt, but not to each split hand
separately. Progressive Blackjack is a game where the player competes against the
dealer. The game is played on a semi-circular table with 5 playing positions. Wagers
are placed in the circles provided. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called
a shoe. This version of Blackjack is played with a Shoe containing Four 52-card
decks (no jokers).
Our casino version of Progressive blackjack is played using European Blackjack rules
and four 52-card decks that are shuffled after each hand. At this Casino there are
5 playing positions you can choose from and you can play up to 5 hands of Progressive
Blackjack at the same time. Each hand played is a separate wager against the dealer.
Each of the player's hands is dealt two cards. The Dealer is also dealt two cards
but only one card is face up. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole
The goal is for the player's hand to add up to 21 or come closer to 21 than the
The dealer must hit on all hands totaling 16 or less and stand on all hands
totaling 17 or more.
How to play Progressive Blackjack
When starting the Progressive blackjack game for the first time the blackjack table
is empty – no cards or wagers are on the table and the default wager amount
($2) is active.
You now decide how much you want to wager and how many hands you want to play and
then place your wager(s) on the table. To place a wager on any of these bets select
a coin, and left click on the bet circle with your mouse to increase the number
coins and right click to reduce the number of coins.
Once you have completed placing your wager(s) you can choose to make a progressive
$1 bet on any hand played.
To make a Progressive bet on any of the hands you are playing, simply click on the
gold PROGRESSIVE BET SLOT (located directly above the Bet). The Progressive Bet
Slot will light up after you’ve made your bet, and you may choose to place
a $1 bet on any of the hands you are playing by clicking on this Slot while it flashes.
When you place a Progressive Bet, a coin is partially visible in the Progressive
Bet Slot. You can only place a $1.00 bet into the progressive bet slot. You place
a bet by clicking the mouse a single time on top of the Progressive Bet Slot. You
can remove the Progressive Bet by clicking the mouse a second time.
Hint: You can place a Progressive Bet whenever the Progressive Bet Slot is flashing.
You know that you have placed a Progressive Bet when there is an bet on the hand
and the Progressive bet slot is not flashing.
Once you have completed placing your wager(s) you can start the game by clicking
on the DEAL button.
The dealer deals two cards at each player position that has a wager and deals two
cards the dealer. One of the dealer's cards remains face down and all other cards
are turned face up.
As soon as the last card is turned face up you are able to use the HIT and STAND
buttons. The player now decides to HIT or STAND.
When applicable, the SPLIT and DOUBLE buttons and the INSURANCE box are available.
Once you've made your decision to SPLIT or DOUBLE you are then able to HIT or STAND.
Once you've made your decision to buy INSURANCE you are then able to SPLIT, DOUBLE,
HIT and STAND.
If your dealt hand contains an Ace and a 10 or a face card then you have a BLACKJACK,
also called a NATURAL, and play is automatically moved to the next available hand.
If the value of your hand exceeds 21 then you have gone BUST and have lost this
hand and play automatically moves to the next available hand.
When the player's hand(s) are completed the dealer's hand is played out.
Once the dealer's hand is complete, your hand(s) is compared to the dealer's hand
and win(s) or loss(es) are determined and your casino account balance is adjusted
To play again you click on the REBET button and then click on the DEAL button.
Progressive Blackjack Limits and Payouts
For each hand played, there is a $2.00 minimum bet on each hand, a $200.00 limit
on each hand.

Progressive Blackjack Awards – Cards must be consecutive starting from the
very first card being dealt.
