Payouts

Here are the different withdrawal methods available to you. Each method is safe and secure. Click on each to learn more on how to use each method. Our Payout departement operates from Monday to Friday.

The minimum withdrawal from the casino is $150 and the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the casino is $5,000 per week. Any amount greater than $5,000 will be divided into parts, where no part can be larger than $5,000, and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered. Please note that each processor may have different minimums and maximums.

If you deposited using your debit or credit card, you MUST send in required documentation and a credit card authorization form prior to withdrawal. Please see game client for more details.

	Funds will be sent directly to your EcoCard account and credited the same day as you request. You must have a registered EcoCard account to accept funds. Only available to players outside of the United States. Fee: Free Payout Limit: $150 min; $5,000 max per week Duration: 2 business days
	Funds will be sent directly to your Neteller account. Only available to players outside of the United States. Fee: Free Payout Limit: $150 min; $5,000 max per week Duration: 2 business days

Important Payment Information

Our Payment Department will process payouts once a day between Monday and Friday. The payout process will begin after the waiting period of 48 hours (business days). Duration times indicated on the website refer to the actual processing and do not include the waiting period. A portionor all of your withdrawal can be re-deposited to your account through the Redeposit tab of the cashier at any time during this period. All customers requesting a withdrawal MUST submit valid identification to our payment or security departments so that we can process your payment.

Redeposit

In the event that you opt to re-deposit a portion of your withdrawal, you will restart the 48 hour waiting period for your withdrawal to be processed.
